Wish they took Aetna, but besides that I love the office and staff and how they use the light tool and dont excessively do xrays and how they give actual good advice and strategies on preventing cavities and how immaculately clean the office is and how you can go brush your teeth in the bathroom before the cleaning even and the view of the mountain while you are being cleaned and how much time the hygienist will spend with you patiently cleaning. Theres not much not to like. I wish they had the xray mouth pieces small enough for kids so my son could come here too

The staff is extremely unprofessional. Dr Connor may be an excellent dentist, but as with any doctor, your staff makes the difference. My pregnant daughter had an appointment today at 12:00 noon. She has another baby and her last pregnancy really took a toll on the quality of her teeth. She has had work done before but someone recommended she switch to Dr. Conner for a 2nd opinion on how to approach the extensive work she is facing. She lives 30 miles away. She called ahead to let the office know that she was running a few minutes late due to an issue with the baby. The girl that answered the phone, Amber, told her that was fine and they would see her when she got there. My daughter arrived at 12:15. She signed in and sat down. The waiting room was empty. She noticed that they didn’t open the window and say anything to her, nor did they open the window and pull the tab on which she signed in. After about 10 minutes, my daughter decided to ask where the restroom was located. She went to the window and asked Amber. Amber pointed to the door and said “go out that door and it’s the first door on the leftâ€. When my daughter followed these instructions, she said the door she sent her to was actually leading out of the building. She went back in and told Amber that she must have misunderstood the directive that Amber gave her to find the restroom and Amber said “No you didn’t, were not going to see you today because you were lateâ€. Very unprofessional behavior. Yes, my daughter was late but if they weren’t going to see her, why not just tell her that on the phone? And why not tell her that when she arrives, signs in and waits for 10 minutes. And why be so rude as to show someone the front door when asked for the location of the restroom? Needless to say, they’ve lost our business, which I’m sure doesn’t matter to them. That’s the problem with non-competitive businesses, they know you have to have them and if they lose you, 10 more will replace you.
