        This is the best lawyer I believe I could have got for my addiction case with the nursing board. He was there through every step of the way and devoted himself to my case even when I wanted to give up on my own case. I recommend Kreps %100 percent because of him Im able to be a nurse again today when at one time it seemed like there was no hope!

        Overall it was an okay experience. They were very expensive. The most disappointing thing was the service in the beginning of my case. I did everything that they asked me to do. However, the office personnel kept loosing my paperwork and I was passed around to 3 attorneys in the firm by the end of my case. And I had to keep telling my story over and over again. It was just a little crazy. My final attorney seemed to be new in the law industry but she was very courteous. The last attorney was the reason why I didn't take my case somewhere else.

      Hey Kim - thank you so much for the feedback! I pulled up the file and your case was concluded 5 years ago and none of this was mentioned back then so I am a bit confused as to why you decided to post this now. Also, we tried to reached out to you to discuss the issues and did not receive a response. We strive to do better each and every day and have reworked our client on-boarding process for our Alabama Board of Nursing clients and hopefully, have resolved the issues that you speak of. Many times we do have several people in the office speak to our nurses because we all hear different things during the conversations that might have been missed or not discussed in previous meetings or calls. I know it is frustrating to have to tell your story several times but we feel like it helps provide better results in the end for our clients. I reviewed your file and it looks like we were able to help you keep your nursing license with no interruption in ability to practice so I count that as a huge win!
