I chose Kreps Law Firm, LLC to handle my case because I am out of state and wanted to dispute my traffic ticket without having to return to Alabama. The most important aspect of my case to me was getting the ticket dismissed because I was not in fact speeding. My engine light was on and I was worried about it, so I was going less that the speed limit when I was pulled over. I believe the officer pulled over the wrong car. You want these people on your side!!!! I had no idea someone had filed charges against me. I received my arrest warrant in the mail and didn't see it till 9:30 at night. I was very upset and scared. I started to look for attorneys on line that night. Kreps Law firm popped up. Wow, someone was online to chat immediately. They answered all my questions and calmed me down. First thing next morning I received a call from the intake person. I was terrified to have to turn myself in but Mr. Kreps arranged to have me immediately released after I arrived to the police station. I was only there about 20 minutes. Shortly after that I was assigned to Caroline Pruitt. She was wonderful. It took 10 months to settle my case and ultimately we went to trial.
