        Uh so I saw signs stating there was a drive thru ATM but when I pulled up to the bank I drove all around and there wasnt one. Just a regular walk up atm with barely any cover so I got completely soaked in the rain while trying to handle business.

        you can't get through, no matter reporting fraudulent charges, requesting a new ATM card, or moving money... they simply never answer the phone. after 12 years, we're changing banks because of the lack of customer service

      We're sorry to hear of this situation. Any time a card is retained, it would be destroyed to protect your information. We'd recommend contacting your financial institution to get a replacement card. -Tyler
