Sazia Naz and the other 2 ladies were Amazing! I so wish I had gotten there names. They all are the reason I have been with UCB for so long. I just started a business and all three were on top of everything. When I walk in the door they all remembered me, what I was there for, always pleasant and professional and if possible had whatever was needed already ready for my review. Mrs Naz made sure everything was in good order and that I had the banks contact info and her contact info before I left. This is the customer service everyone wishes they could receive everywhere. Kudos to these ladies and UCB.
