I appreciate Regions Bank. I think we fail to realize how much we need their service as much as they need ours. I can say Regions have great customer service and work hard to meet our needs even though we can be impatient people. To be successful we need each other. Together we can do this.

Every time we visit this branch their is always a issue customer service is terrible they do not acknowledge the customers time at all ! I visit the branch to get a replacement debit card and it took over a hour due to staff laughing and joking among each other terrible

I've transacted business at several locations. I realize that each customer wants the best service, so special attention is usually given. Time is an important factor to all individuals, but we must remember that every precaution should be taken when hiring bank personnel. In addition good workers are hard to find. Thank you Region Bank. You guys do a great job at the locations that I frequent.
