WARNING!!!!!! WARNING!!!!!! The website lets you choose the shuttle as an option. The shuttle is no longer in operation as of 3 weeks ago. I had to leave and try to find a way to reschedule when I can miss work. This is a very Jim Burke kind of thing. I am beyond livid. The service advisor offered no help. This is a very very poor way to treat loyal customers. I will be looking for other service department options.

The Jeep service department is the best I have seen.. Mr. Caffey is alway professional and the team there is one of the reasons I only come here for my car maintenance.

1st off, for those who haven't been here before and those posting negatively because there is no parking lot...when dropping your vehicle, you don't need to park on the street. Pull up to the garage door and it will open automatically. Pull inside and leave your vehicle. There are several stations with people ready to help. I had an appointment already so I just pulled in and dropped it off. I asked for the person assigned to my appointment and didn't have to wait at all. They offered to provide me a ride with Lyft. I had already scheduled a pickup with my rental car company Hertz though. I waited and waited and they never picked me up. I had multiple employees offer to get me a Lyft while I was waiting. So finally I called Hertz and got transfered around a few times since it was a fleet vehicle and they didn't have anyone who could pick me up in a timely manner. But Jim Burke hailed a Lyft ride for me and they were there in 3 minutes. I haven't gotten my vehicle back yet so I can speak to the vehicle service itself, but their customer service so far is top notch.
