Found a snake skin near my pool. Wasnt sure what type of snake it was from. I sent photos to David and he was able to identify it right away as a rat snake and put us at ease. Thanks David!

I didn't use David for rat control but I did take advantage of his online offer to identify a shed snakeskin I found near my home. He answered within hours, on Easter Sunday! It was a rat snake so with any luck I won't need rodent control services from humans. David is obviously knowledgeable and passionate about his work!

We knew we had a dead animal somewhere in my house - the terrible odor was just too strong. I, and my husband, tried looking for it, but all to no avail. That was what prompted us to get an expert involved. The technician this company sent in was a delight to work with. He successfully traced the stench to the wall, where he cut the drywall to remove the animal before closing the wall back. It turned out that a rat was stuck in there. After performing full decontamination, fresh air has been restored to our house.
