Dixieland Critter Gitter's are consummate professionals at their trade! They are punctual, and deliver exactly what they propose in a humane, thoughtful manner. Their fees are very reasonable, and they are local, very nice people who are a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this company.

Would HIGHLY recommend this company. David was patient and answered every question I had. I called several companies for quotes and DixieLand was extremely reasonable. They removed a raccoon and it's babies from a wall in a townhouse. All the animals were treated humanely and the babies were given to someone to raise them (who knew?!). When they were on the way to the job on the first day they ran into a wreck on the interstate that delayed them by 20 minutes. They called to let us know they would be late. They really appreciated our time and I appreciated that. If we ever have anther critter problem this is who I am calling.

We contacted David (DixieLand Critter Gitter) and received an immediate response. He came out in a very timely manner and immediately began work on the issue that we were having. David spent the time to thoroughly discuss his plan of action and recommendations. We were so impressed that we asked him to further address other critter issues we were having and he responded immediately. After addressing a critter issue in the attic, we noticed we probably needed to add some insulation and asked David if he could recommend anyone. He stated that he was able to perform that work and he did a great job with that! We think David can do just about anything. He communicates very well, the billing process is very effecient and his pricing is very reasonable. He does what he says, when he says and our experince with David was excellent.
We have and would, highly recommend David and DixieLand Critter Gitter to anyone in need of these type of services.

Such an amazing experience with David and his daughter who were so kind and responsibly coaxed out a mama squirrel and her two "teenagers" from our attic! We reviewed several companies before finding David and could not find anyone we were comfortable with hiring. David answered the phone himself and quickly came out for a free evaluation. He was always on time and even called to let me know he was on his way. We were so impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism that we had him go ahead and review our home for entry points and install an "eviction tunnel" where the squirrels could leave on their own. They left within an hour and relocated their nest! David then came back and fixed all the entry points and cleaned up their messy home. David put together a detailed plan for us and even offered tips for cost-effective things we could do on our own to keep them from coming back. Highly recommend!
