I have been without a washer for 3 months. Every time the man comes and works on it, he leaves saying its fixed. I will NEVER use them again. We call and try to get information or talk with someone and are on hold for over an hour? Ive worked with the public for over 5 years and I have ALWAYS made sure to pick my phone up after one call, and make sure my work is efficient. Would NEVER recommend this company!

Worst company I have ever dealt with, with Whirlpool being a close second. I had bought a whirlpool washer and they are the contract provider for the repair. They have tried to repair the washer a total of 3 separate times (awaiting the 4th) with no luck. The repair technician lies on the invoice about what was actually done and then scheduling anything with them is a nightmare. 2 weeks out minimum and they refuse to schedule until part is in hand dragging the process out even further! My washer broke 8 December....it still is not fixed and it is 28 February. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN!

Is there an option for no stars? They never do what they say and dont show up for appointments. Its a shame that the warranty companies use them.

Your response is a flat out lie. No one has called me and I havent made an appointment with you for Wednesday. I have call logs and a Ring Doorbell to prove that you never called, rang my doorbell or knocked on my door last Friday. Why even lie at this point? Its disgusting! Ive tried working with you for 11 months, called you daily for weeks with no replynow suddenly the part is in and weve scheduled an appointment??? YOUVE NEVER CALLED ME BACK! My phone log and my Ring Video log back this up. Give me a refund already! Absolutely the worst company Ive ever tried to work with!!! Horrible!!! Ive been waiting 11 months for parts and service for my freezer/ice maker. No one will call me back! They wont give me a refund for the parts Ive paid for and they wont return my calls. The call service they use doesnt care about my situation or the company, they just take notes and hang up on me. How is this company even in business?!!!
