Maytag washer service call. After calling to make appointment with Maytag who scheduled with S & S, called S & S directly and immediately to change to afternoon appointment in the same day. Called S & S again the week prior to the appointment to confirm 2/14 12 noon-4pm. The evening reminder call on 12/13 which is an automated system stated service 8am-12 noonhad the wrong time! Really? Cost $130 to find out that a replacement drain pump repair > $500??? Service: Washing machine repair

This business came out to fix my refrigerator over a year ago and diagnosed and installed the wrong part which of course did not fix the issue. I had to have them come back out with a different tech it rectify the issue. Now I am having the same issue as before. After several attempts to reach someone by phone and through their website I was finally able to make a appointment only to have the tech not show. I was told in an email the tech was sick and they could reschedule my appointment for 1/6 it was already 1/17. When I brought this to their attention in my reply back I never heard a response from them. Absolutely awful communication and service. If you need a job done don't call these guys.

S&S was sent out through Lowes Service contract and arrived Feb 2nd, on Feb 15 their email stated that they were waiting for parts. Zero communication from their end since then. I began calling in mid April but no one knows anything. I email, no reply. Yesterday I was told when I called yet again......that maybe parts would be here by June 8th. I was told a manager would return my call. No one has Ever Returned my calls or emails. I just want the 2020 $700+ Lemon Maytag washing machine fixed so I can wash clothes at home.

Ray was the technician send to repair a new Amana washing machine he was prompt , efficient and very professional. He had the part on the truck and had washer repaired in less than an hour.
