Moving half across the country can be a bit overwhelming but we were blessed to have Nancy Pearson as out realtor. She listened and met the needs of our family helping us secure the perfect home. Nancy was such a great help right from the beginning and worked extremely hard (above and beyond her job responsibilities) to help sell and buy our new home. Nancy was always available to answer any questions and came with me on all of my appointments. She cares!

We have used Nancy to buy two older homes in the Auburn area. She has an eye for value and the ability to imagine possibilities. Very thankful for her hard work to find and help us reimagine our current home in Auburn, and we cant wait to get to work on our second home, which is an investment property. We will definitely use her again in the future. We have lived in multiple states(CA, CO, AR, GA, and VA) and owned multiple properties. She is by far the best agent! I highly recommend her!
