The WORST! And def not a place to go if you are a person of color. I walked in to be greeted, not with positivity, but hostility. The older lady looked at me as if I didn't belong in her sight. When I glared back and said Hello I'm here to pick up my clothes, she then responded she didn't know. Uh... Ma'am. I could be a customer (which I was) or perspective consumer of your services. WHERE WAS THE GREETING? This is also after going to their other location in Opelika after they sent them there and didn't have my clothes prepared on time. So imagine the time I wasted. Never again. I highly recommend NOT using this business.

We dropped off some items Monday and told them we needed them for Thanksgiving. They said they would be ready after 4 on Wednesday. We arrived at 4:30 to pick them up and they were closed. Not good. They do not have an answering machine to share my frustration.

Used this cleaner for 2 years they were ok for a while but the last 3 loads had double creases in the trousers, broken buttons, and no care for how the clothes hang on their hangers. Its not unusable, but if you have the option, I would go elsewhere.

Used them for months but then once they didnt tag my clothes to be starched and wouldnt take responsibility for it when I brought it up. I gave them another chance and everything came back with very poor work done on the press. Both jeans were stained from the poor starch and press job. Now Im back to searching for somewhere that will press and starch properly.
