        Weve been using Professional Cleaners for the last couple of years for everything from sweaters to coats to comforters. Great prices, convenient drive-up pick up window, have never had a bad experience!

        If there was a zero star, I would definitely give it for this place of business. Very rude! My son has a white coat ceremony this weekend, and we needed his coat as professional looking as possible. My husband was met with some of the rudest people in customer service. Even when I called back to speak to the manager (Sherry), I was met with the same nasty attitude and her basically calling him a liar. Way to go on showing your employees what true customer service is supposed to look like! Will absolutely NEVER use this cleaner in the future, nor will I ever recommend it. 0 Stars

      Unfortunately Christy, I was there yesterday in the back when my employee informed me that she just had dealt with the rudest man. Your phone call came soon after his departure. I sat there while you were on speaker phone with sherri .We think you two were probably the rudest customers and we do not need your business. Please take your items elsewhere moving forward. Your husband is a liar.
