My previous contact in your office worked with me for any savings she could find for me in premiums but the current one wouldnt make an effort. At all. Im shopping for an agent that wont increase my premiums by 20% in a year on both my home and auto policies with no claims and no reasons provided. Im not happy with the service at Brad Tanks office at the moment. Heaven help me if I do have to file a claim. Current office support probably wont answer my call. Not even courteous. Essentially she just agreed I should leave the agency and find other insurance. You are welcome to check the text history because Im sure theres a record of it. And Ive asked repeatedly to have the second driver dropped from the policy since she hasnt lived with me for over 3 years but shes still on there. Poor service at an increased price. No Im not happy but thanks for asking.

The homeowners insurance they quoted was an amazing price. Two years later and no claims and we are now paying more than what we did with our original provider. Bait and switched by Allstates good hands. They have increased the premium two years in a row and can only say it is because of typical insurance scam verbiage - cost of living, and ,and, and other stuff. Its totally out of our power. So here we go again playing musical chairs with insurance providers. Dont be sucked in by this branch acting like they care. They only want your money like the other salespeople/scam agents.
