Anniston Health and Rehab Services

This is facility has a completely unprofessional group of CNAs that are poorly mismanaged and never reprimanded by supervising staff in their poor handling of advanced senior patients. My grandmother was cared for by individuals who did not adhere to her detailed care notes. I would not recommend this location to anyone who cares about putting their family members in a safe, professional, and caring facility. As a former senior care volunteer, Im deeply disappointed at this level of unprofessionalism across the staff.

My 97 year old mom was in rehab twice in Anniston Health and Rehab. Everyone of the staff members were great with my mom. The therapists were fantastic with her. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs to be in a nursing home or rehab. I want to thank Angela Harry and Wendy Spiering for everything yall did. I also wanted to thank the Doctor for taking care of my mom. Even the lady at the front desk for check in was good.

I can not say enough good things regarding my moms care while she was in this facility. Everyone was very helpful and had genuine concern for her in the time she was there. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a long term care option. It is a clean and beautiful facility.

Some of the CNAs were disrespectful. The food was cold at first but I reached out to the social worker about that and they made sure my food was hot from that point on. I don't think I got the therapy from them I should have gotten . And on days I showered I didn't get therapy, I reckon they call taking a shower physical therapy LOL I had to stay in bed most of the time I was there they didn't want me to get up without therapists there to help me.The didn't think I would walk with a walker by myself. And my back and legs hurt really bad. I couldn't get them to understand that. Well anyway I'm out of that prison now and back at home and I have no intention of going back to that place
