This is a mental health office. There are several different psychiatrist and and therapists. You do need appointments. The services I have received for PTSD have been good. The place is clean and run on time. However, it can be a true challenge getting through by phone! You could knit a sweater while trying to get through at times. The central phone center needs much improvement. The Dr. I see has a strict rule, 10 minutes late, he won't see you that day. I go for basic med check every 3 months and am satisfied.

I have been seeing him around two years and he has done nothing but greatly help me with everything and I am what you call a complicated patient. You won’t regret calling to see if he has space to take on new patients.

Olivia Couch is wonderful, easy to talk to, great listener, and never judgemental. Listens to wants and needs. It was terrifying for me to start, hard for me to open up to most people. She made me feel comfortable and important. Good experience each time.

I would give 0 stars if I could, I have called this office for 3 days straight to cancel an appointment because of Covid symptoms. Never an answer after being on hold for more than 3 hours between all the calls. I have left messages and never a call back. Now I encounter a no show fee based on the email I received stating so!
I finally spoke with the rudest lady concerning this matter and she informed me that was a matter I would have to take up with the doctor. ( mind you this only adds anxiety to my already depression and anxiety I suffer with, which is The reason I see him in the first place) I'm In the process of finding a new Doctor. I Do not recommend this place and he definitely needs new office help!!
