        I love my Allstate insurance but my agent has given my husband and myself the blues. My vehicle was recently damaged while parked at work and my agent filed the claim on me instead of the person who hit me. They had Allstate as well but the claim was on me. They tried to get me to pay a deductible, which I wasnt going to do. My husband has contacted home office to get his claims settled. Deloris who was previously there was very getto and unprofessional. Overall I like Allstate but not pleased with my agent.
