I had an appointment today and I called before I came from Selma Al because CarMax sent me here and when I got here they tell me that they are short staffed and couldn't do my service!! Don't recommend don't ever go here and I hope they lose all their business as they were totally unprofessional and this could have been avoided!

Had the opportunity to take advantage of me and did not.
Just wanted to leave a positive review of Precision Tune Auto Care. Everyone's lead fear going into an auto repair shop is they will upcharge you on everything and give you all kinds of services you don't need. Hunter and David did not try to sell me on all kinds of things related to my hitting something in the road, explaining that it was not necessary to change out all the parts underneath the car. They also told me to check with my dealership before investigating all the reasons that my check engine light could be on and cost me a lot of money. Hunter and David understood that I was not made of money and did not try to take advantage of me.
