Rented a car for 2 days it turns out I didn't need it but yet budget wants to charge me $411 for the use of a car I don't need and they say I can't return it for a refund of the 2nd day not very good customer service

I love their drop-off service. Don't have to stand in line. Fill out the information on your contract put your keys inside the envelope of the contract and drop it in the Box. Easy in and out

Budget Rental seems to be going downhill! Rented a car in Bullhead City trim hanging off the drivers door, car was filthy obviously not cleaned inside and out. Slow service too will try Hertz next time!

Usually when people rate the company. The poor ratings reflect on the corporations policies or lack of attention to it's local mgmt. Usually, the local employee is courteous. But, as we know the sewage rolls down hill!
