      image My dad opening branch many many years ago. Went to make a withdrawal. They didnt have a image of a check that cleared. Waited a half hour. The lady was very apologetic , and after everything was taken care of I was asked questions like if this was a gift? Did we have to repay? I answered and then I realized there was no need for personal questions. She also stated that if a check didnt clear it would go against the account. Very unprofessional, will not do business there anymore.
