Everything is wonderful except for the crazy owner of Tresor, who sold a chair to me online. Haven't been diagnosed with stage four cancer, it's important for my health to lead a stress free life. When I went to pick up the chair, she had accidentally sold it to someone else but then screamed at me when I said very calmly, well that sucks as I drove from downtown Buffalo to retrieve it. Before I could tell her that I was going to buy a few other items instead, she started yelling at me that she doesn't care anymore and shoved the money in my hand that I had paid days In advance, and screamed at me to get out of her store. When I tried to speak she would mimic me and yell louder to get out of her store. She then blocked me on marketplace immediately so I wouldn't leave a bad review. I've never felt this way before, but I'm glad her store is closing because she should not be in customer service at all nor sales. Nor outside of her home, for that matter.
