        Sadly Dr. Velosi was very kind and intelligent however the customer service here is so awful it might not be worth going here. They are far too understaffed its OBVIOUS not to mention Martha is incredibly rude. I have been waiting for my glasses for three weeks now and I have been told they would be here however they still are not. Incredibly disappointed especially because I have emailed the LensCrafters customer service department and even that was AWFUL. All around my experience here was very disappointing minus Dr. Velosi she was great.

        Always a pleasure visiting this store due to their friendly staff. Scheduling an appointment online is a breeze and the eye exam was quick but didn't feel rushed. Highly recommend a visit here.Back again in 2024 After receiving my eye exam, I visited the store to review my options for prescription sunglasses, which I really needed. Cassidy was extremely helpful, just as all the employees were. She was able to provide me my options upfront where I felt no pressure to purchase. They really do live up to the happiness guaranteed promise! I was able to purchase my first pair of prescription sunglasses which feel light as a feather on my face. I left the store again feeling very satisfied with my order. Ill continue to purchase my glasses at Marketplace due to the wide selection of frames and continue to receive my annual eye exams at this location due to the friendly staff. Bonus points for the easy, self-service online scheduling tool to arrange my own eye exams.
