Very disgusted at how a person with a disability was treated on my bus ride from nyc to DC. The bus driver Joseph was absolutely rude and disrespectful when a person who was blind was calling from the back of the bus asking if this was their stop. The bus driver did not use the mic to announce and when confronted he got defensive instead of owning up to the fact that he didnt. I will not be using this but service again it isnt safe nor accessible for folks with disabilities.
