Late train from newark airport railroad station caused me to miss the bus. Flixbus wouldnt give me a refund or voucher because I messaged them 10 minutes prior to my scheduled bus instead of 15. Ridiculous

Had the worst experience with this company. They are cheap tickets but they are literally cheap and will not give you back your money for their discrepancies. They only offer a voucher thats not equal to the amount you spent or you must fill out an electronic form on why you need YOUR money back. And then wait for someone to get back to you. The customer service is horrible you will wait hours to chat online or get a representative on the phone. They literally left me and other passengers stranded in Buffalo NY during a blizzard putting us all off the bus with nowhere to go and still offered no refund even after finding out the severity of the situation. Ride at your own risk.
