I just received my first wig from Freeda and I'm delighted! Customer service was superb, and the wig is of amazing quality. The same wig can cost x3 more in Israel. A previous review mentioned "outrageous import taxes" but I had no such issues (delivered to Kiryat Malachi). I will be back!

UPDATE 3 years later!! The quality of this wig has not changed and remains soft and silky!! I have had it long, curled, straightened, and cut! All of the salon owners would comment on how nice the quality of the hair was and I had to let them know it was Freeda! For many people not having a lace front can be a deal breaker, but fear not! Milano has a wig grip that blends seamlessly with my Freeda wig! Although I have worn this throughout my teen years and have since styled it drastically , the hair still remains of utmost quality. The movement of the hair is natural and makes up for the lack of a lace front ! Its multi directional silk top is killer and shocked a lot of my friends who did not know I was wearing a Freeda wig! You will not believe the realism of these wigs! In the beginning it did worry me that my wig did not have a lace front, but the hairline is so natural and so is the scalp! Freeda's Customer Service is amazing and they are very prompt. Freeda is on the higher end of wigs, but you really are getting the bang for your buck. I have seen the cost of their higher end wig brand counterparts and they are absolutely ridiculous, but Freeda prices itself within reason. From now on I have to recommend Freeda wigs to my friends! Their styles are a bit more on the conservative end, such as less beach waves and highlights, but they are wearable for all ages! I am 15 years old and I am so happy that my parents got me a Freeda wig and I will continue to wear it for years to come.
