I absolutely love this place! Esty is so incredibly helpful and sweet. I showed up without an appointment and she graciously accommodated me regardless of that. I was eligible for a Chanukah promotion and she added in a lot of extra price deductions, even though she really didnt have to do that. One problem that I have with other Sheitel machers is that they push you to buy their wigs. If its not perfect as is, theyll make promises but youre essentially running on pure hope that itll work out. Esty isnt like that; First, she carries loads of different wig brands, so if one wig doesnt work for you/you seem not too into it, she immediately moves on to another without making you feel like, its this or nothing. She will actually show you/give you a visual idea of what the end result will look like. If you want highlights added in, shell hold up the highlighted wefts and mush it around a few of hairs in your wig so that you can actually see what itll look like once highlighted. If the cap is too loose, shell put a temporary pin in it to show you. Shes honestly the best. She knows everything about every wig. Another benefit is that because she carries almost every wig brand out there, its a one stop shop. You can check out every kind of hair texture and color from different brands and easily purchase a few brands that you like. Shes absolutely awesome. Definitely come here if youre looking for a new wig.

Nobody offers better service and accommodations. Esty will come in at 6 am or 12 am to get the job done. Amazing and outstanding!!
