TERRIBLE CAR WASH DO NOT COME HERE! I started using this wash weekly a couple months ago because its close to home, but after the horrible experience I just had I will never come again!
After my car came out of the wash, there was still bird poop on my roof. I pointed it out to the workers, and instead of just running my car through the wash again they proceeded to spray WINDOW CLEANER on my paint and use ROUGH TOWELS TO SCRUB IT OFF! I immediately saw scratches from the harsh scrubbing & asked for the manager.
HE CAME OUT 25 MINUTES LATER WITH A RUDE ATTITUDE. Once I explained the situation, he was extremely disrespectful and repeatedly interrupted, talked down to me, and made rude side comments to the employees about me. HE LITERALLY WALKED OFF WITHOUT HELPING ME OR RECTIFYING THE SITUATION.
My car is BRAND NEW, and I have never had any scratches until TODAY. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO GET DAMAGED & CLEANED POORLY!!
