Have had no response on maintenace request put in 2/27/2024. No power in bathroom, only outlet isnt working. Put in 2 more maintenance requests since, heard nothing.

They will Jack your rent whenever. Due to rising costs listen. You ARE the rising costs. They have the cheapest snow removal possible who does not show in a timely manner, and then take the least expensive route and try and hire residents to shovel what value are you providing that is worth constant increases? At least this year they didnt send the notice for the holidays for the additional money youd think tenants would see improvements such as updated appliances? Or a pool or something. But no theres no reason my rent should be 20% more per month than my mortgage was. It is absurd. Its no wonder theres a constant movement of people from these units.

If you are going to pass away make sure you do it at the right time. My mother lived at Bay Manor Green Bay for 14 1/2 years. Sadly she passed away February 6, 2024, did let management know right away. Told have to give 28 day notice from end month. February was paid but now they want rent for March. For the 28 day notice asked if it could be prorated since her passing early in the month told they only prorate for move in!! Apartment cleaned, perfect move out walk thru by March 1st. If it would have been known what was going to happen by being out by March 1st letting maintenance be able to do their work while we pay rent!! If I wouldn't have been out maintenance couldn't get in till April 1st, apartment first ready MAY. And not getting security deposit back, applying to March rent. Not fair. That apartment was shown in February when rent was paid. Told new tenant first moving in APRIL 1st, LIE!!! I have proof tenant is already moved in. Is collecting rent twice legal??? And the last disgusting thing I received letter and on the bottom of letter " WE WISH YOU every HAPPINESS in your new LOCATION, and hope you will not hesitate to use us as a reference" when I got this it made me ill to think a company can be so ignorant "HEAVEN doesnt require a REFERENCE". This tells you alot about premier real estate management when some one passes and wishing happiness at new LOCATION. Still very upset and do not have much good to say about premier real estate management. I think them keeping security deposit is greedy, greedy, greedy!! And feel all that matters to them is the MONEY.
