Kevin and Austin have been cleaning my Persian carpets for several years now. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. They are a lovely family yet professional and extremely prompt. Bravo to them!

Kevin was extremely professional and courteous. He did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets in my home bring them back to life. He actually called the day prior to confirm the appt and showed up on time. I had called him Monday and he was able to squeeze me in with the limited time I had available. We love the My Carpet Cleaners & Restoration Services team! My family had a flooded basement recently--water, water everywhere resulting in ruined carpet, soaked baseboards, and other environmental issues that would cause problems for my elderly father who has asthma. Recommended to us by our insurance provider, Kevin and Austin came to us the very day it happened to assess the situation, identify the cause(s), and develop a plan of action that aligned with our needs, budget, and insurance for such an endeavor. What impressed us so much was their amazing "Can Do!" attitude, working relationship, and attention to detail. They had the expertise and equipment to handle our five-room basement. They showed genuine concern for our predicament and stood by us before, during, and after the insurance claim process. Kevin served as a great advisor regarding the restoration of our basement--including the types of replacement flooring and materials we should consider or those we should avoid. Kevin also went above and beyond the call by offering important strategies for managing water in and around our old home. He even fixed some of our gutters' water routing problems.
