We called them weeks ago and they confirmed coming to the house this morning and we waited for an hour and called them and they said they didn't have us on the schedule and that their technician was already on another job we had told them we needed them early this morning due to new furniture being delivered and they said we can get to u in the afternoon well the afternoon was to late so I ended using a carpet Cleaner and doing it myself cause thay couldn't keep scheduling straight we wanted it done professionally but the professionals we called here apparently can't get their scheduling straight would not recommend these folks

They told us every step of the way how they were going to do the job and what to expect afterward in terms of dry time. It was expensive, but isn't that true of everything in the fall of 2021. The job they did was worth it.
