My ADT system has worked about 15 of the last 24 months. ADT has been to my location multiple times to repair their equipment, but have been unable to do so. They have repeatedly charged me for making repairs to their equipment and have continued to charge me monthly while my system did not work. I strongly suggest that anyone considering an ADT system should look for other sources. The customer service representative that I spoke to most recently was apologetic, kind and lived in Costa Rica. The bottom line is, ADT, like lots of super large companies, is too big to manage their business successfully. Stay away from ADT!!

I'd give ZERO stars if I could. We moved in April and they continued to charge us for April, May, June, July, and we just had a charge go through for part of August. This is all after we have been calling them since May to get it turned off. They're scum. They aren't going to refund us anything. I don't blame a single person at customer service, they're just doing their job, but at a company level this is almost criminal. NEVER using ADT again

ATT is a terrible security system. They take your monthly fees and then when you need them they dont want to come out and assist you. Our battery was chirping relentlessly. The override would not work. I explained to them that my husband who is an engineer cannot even get the other ride to work. It just kept going off nonstop. It was on the weekend. They had placed the smoke alarm 15 feet off the floor. We are older and cannot get safely up on ladders. . They expected us to listen to this chirping battery 24 hours a day for five days or else charge us over $150 to come out here and change the batteries because it was the weekend. They do nothing for us every month except take our monthly payment . Yet when we need them they failed us. I am getting rid of my ADT service as it is it good for nothing.

STAY AWAY,
They have no clue what's going on, I've been on hold for an hour and a half and this is the second time I've called. The first time they hung up on me after patching through 5 different people. They are going to garnish my wages even though I'm currently a customer and have my account set up through auto pay. They're scam artist, the people they have install the system in your house do not even work for them, and they can't tell you anything about those companies. Those companies literally told me that they don't have my address on file but they're going to garnish my wages.
