STAY AWAY,
They have no clue what's going on, I've been on hold for an hour and a half and this is the second time I've called. The first time they hung up on me after patching through 5 different people. They are going to garnish my wages even though I'm currently a customer and have my account set up through auto pay. They're scam artist, the people they have install the system in your house do not even work for them, and they can't tell you anything about those companies. Those companies literally told me that they don't have my address on file but they're going to garnish my wages. Their "techs" that do not work for them did a sloppy job and the system would randomly go off in the middle of the night and say it was being tampered with or it would call the fire department. My truck go broken into and somehow the camera didn't catch it, when I called to complain I had some genius let me know all I had to do was set the sensitivity (which the tech apparently didn't do and didn't let me know I needed to do.) All around terrible service, I've been dealing with them for two years and it's still on going. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!!!
