Moved in in December and it's so quiet and Maintenance did an awesome job making my place look and feel new and I did construction for 20 years so I'm not easily impressed but was ty I love it

I've lived at West End Village for about 5 years now and I always appreciate the way they come through when you need them. My screen door no longer closed right because of the foundation settling they didn't just get a new screen they replaced the frame the glass patio and the screen, less then 3 hours, my dad passed and I was holding a reception in my house needed a quick fix for the screen maintenance was here same day. The current property manager Michaelina can be found walking the sites getting to know her tenants and always working on improving the quality of the property . She takes the time to comment how nice you set things up and the appreciation is so nice. I would definitely recommend this is a great place to live, great location and great property manager, with a great maintaiance staff as well.

This place was amazing to live in until they changed property managers. Maintenance barely fixes anything and then management blames you for repairs. They literally changed all the doors on every unit in my building and when it was time to move out the new property manager accused me of changing the locks when maintenance did a poor job. My neighbors were extremely friendly. I love the community but ownership/management needs to improve.
