        Issues are addressed. Other than hot water at times in the winter this place is well maintained and addresses any issues pretty quickly

        I really didnt want to leave them a bad review but they advertised on their website they had immediate move ins but once I applied and paid $250 they called me and said the apartment wouldnt be ready for another month. I had to cancel my application because I needed an immediate move in like it was advertised. They refunded me $200 but not my $50 application fee because they said it was non refundable. Now I need to go through my bank and dispute because they are the reason I had to look elsewhere. If it was advertised correctly then I would have never applied. Its not fair to steal someones money when my application was not ran until after I asked for it to be canceled once they provided the updated move in date.
