I had an excellent experience with Griffin -- with their thoughtful and knowledgeable help, I bought a TREK Verve+ 2, which I'm in love with. I believe the salesman's name is Greg, who was super; the other personnel there were equally friendly and helpful, as they always are when I go in for one thing or another. Highly recommend Griffin!
