Great shop I happened to stumble upon when I had a bike I ordered online sent to them to be assembled. They went above and beyond both to make sure the sizing was correct, and to help get it shipped back and have a new one sent to them when it was not the right size. Really appreciative of all their help and would highly recommend them!

Terrapin Bicycles did an amazing job with tuning up my road bike, it is over ten years old but now rides like new. So smooth. They identified things that needed to be done for safety vs what could be done and gave me options. They were also very easy to work with and responsive. I would recommend scheduling an appointment as all bike shops are super busy. They are also a locally owned and managed small business, which I really feel good about doing business with and supporting. I will keep going back to them.

I was referred by a manufacturer called Lectric Bikes to service my son's ebike. New rear wheel assembly, brake pads, cables and display -- all successful. They were helpful, prompt and social. I also bought some coffee beans roasted by an employee and am enjoying!

I had a frame and saddle then worked out the rest of the build with the Terrapin team. They did a super job putting it all together and ensuring it fit well while looking good. Thanks a ton!
