As polite as Cathie may be on the phone she doesn't call you back
them avoided my 2nd call. I have State Farm at my Vermont residence for home and vehicles and thought having it in California would be as great as my relationship with my Vermont office.
I was highly disappointed and felt as if I wasn't important as a long term customer of 5 years. I understand people are busy but this was inexcusable.
