Absolute garbage service. I used to use them for all my car servicing and maintenance issues for about 10 years. Even bought my car there. My fiance had a terrible experience when she took her car in to get serviced. They had told her there were a bunch of other issues with the car when there weren't. Now I can't even get someone on the phone to get questions answered on an issue I am having with my car. I called, waited forever to talk to someone, transferred three times, finally got to the right person, call drops, no one calls back. Tried again and call drops while I am on hold. When you do manage to get someone on the phone they don't take the time to explain what they will do during the service or estimated costs. I will never go back and don't recommend to anyone else.

I came in today for a simple side view mirror replacement. Waited 3 hours to be told the mirror was not here and was sent home without a functioning mirror. We had set up this appointment specifically based on when the mirror would arrive. It would have been great if the shop had verified whether the mirror had arrived as planned - instead of wasting my time and the time of everyone who checked me in today. Normally we have fine service here but today was bad. Not having a part is fine, but failure to communicate that and let me know is really rude. Everyone's time is valuable.

Dont recommend - go somewhere else. Sold me Tacoma with a failed brake booster/master cylinder. Now I have an expensive repair to do on a truck I just a week ago and have only driven TWICE. Salesman gaslight me and told me it was because they just changed the brake pads. Nope. First time Ive been tricked and bought a lemon after 12 car purchases in my life, I know its hard to make sales right now with the economy the way it is but this is low. Im lucky that nothing happened to me or my family. Go somewhere else.

Dealership scheduled with me to come in the morning and appraise a vehicle I was looking to sell, then offered me 1 dollar when I told them I didnt have a price in mind and recommended I go somewhere else. Not a huge deal if you're not interested in that, but seems like really poor service to me and bad relations building. I was informed I could get a quote and then came in and wasted my time. I don't recommend talking to JC.
