Just bought another car (2 in under a year) from Open Road Seattle Lamborghini / Bentley! The superior sales of Anthony Wilson and Lisa was outstanding and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from start to finish. Their communication was fantastic. No pressure on discussing the price, easy negotiating and the deal was made quickly. I just received the car after transport and everything is exactly at described and the car is fantastic. I highly recommend Anthony, Lisa and the whole Open Road Northwest Team!

Untrustworthy dealership to work with. They lied on their initial (unofficial) quote by inflating the costs of WA state car licensing fees by 100%. You are negotiating with an incorrect and inflated cost of the car. On the final sale contract, they add in "permaplate" nonsense cost to cover the difference between that false inflated price and any "deal" they gave you. The final contract will show a (reduced) actual cost of the licensing so you will not get a check for the difference vs original quote. Get the papers ahead of time when buying a car from these guys. Save a picture of the quote you negotiated against - they will take this paper away after you approve. Don't trust their final contract will match the quotes they showed you during negotiations - double check. Simple things to save thousands of dollars. Don't sign away your consumer protection rights. The sales manager, Michal Wierzbicki, is a real piece of work. He was extremely unprofessional and shut down any contract questions claiming it was a personal attack on his character and his family.
