The did a great job on my truck,but give them only 3 stars because I later realized that a part was missing from my truck. Told me that they would mail the part and never received it. Basically blamed the the Mail for loosing it. I upgraded my review and the issue has been resolved. Many thanks for clearing up the issue and highly recommended these guys.

I was told my cover on my truck tailgate could be repaired. $180 later it is still not repaired. I asked if money I spent could be applied to a new one and was told no. This doesn’t even address my 4 trips to their shop to show that their work was poor.

Jason and his team were fantastic. They quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with my suspension and then repaired all under warranty. Customer service is what drives repeat buisness and I will be coming back to Tualatin Truck for sure. Thank you
