        This is a great dealer if you don't mind them speaking to you as if you are an idiot. I was working through text with one of the sales representatives who, instead of just submitting to "we can't make a deal due to your issues with your trade in," decided it was appropriate to degrade me. If you had a great experience with this dealer then wonderful for you. You probably either took a low-ball offer or paid cash for the RV. Also, before you buy from ANY RV dealer, read as many articles as you can about discounts on RVs and what they REALLY indicate. Basically, they WILL NOT sell you anything if they were not making a profit on it.

        I contacted Cascade RV after seeing the tent trailer that we wanted to buy on line. I spoke with Ramin and we decided to put a deposit on one and drove up a week later from Medford. When we arrived the trailer was ready to go and Ramin showed us how to operate everything. We decided to purchase the trailer and Ramin got all of the paperwork done and I think in total we were there about an hour they also helped to hook up to my trailer hitch. One final note their facility is super clean and really organized.

        I just bought a Rove Light camper trailer from CascadeRV. I am entirely new to trailers and Ramin, the owner, helped me from preparing my car to showing me how to do everything in using the trailer. The whole process was more complicated than I expected, and Ramin helped to make it as easy as can be for me. A very nice camper, and very nice service!

      Hi David,It was nice talking to you over text. I think this one-star review is very unfair, especially considering we didn’t even do business; we simply talked and negotiated. However, I leave the judgment to the people who are reading this. We are sorry that we couldn’t make you happier. I thought we had agreed on a price, but you didn’t want to provide an exact 10-day payoff on the unit you have. Instead, you came up with a number that was close but not exact. You were asking me to pay more than what your unit is worth or to finance my unit for more than its MSRP value to cover your negative equity. I am sorry, we are not here to scam banks or people; that’s why I have tons of positive reviews. Everything has its own price, and no one pays more than what it's worth, even a bank. I paid you top price for your Slingshot, and you agreed with that.The reason for this one-star review is because I called your Slingshot a toy, which falls under the toy category (motorcycle, bicycle, ATV, UTV, Slingshot, Street Golf cart, …) even though they are very expensive because they are not essential items and are used only for fun. Calling your item a toy based on its category doesn’t mean I called you an idiot or tried to disrespect you. As you mentioned at the end, yes, all businesses are here to profit and make money, so we never sell something if we don’t make money on it, just as you wouldn’t sell your unit for under price if you would lose too much money.Again, I am sorry if we hurt your feelings, but I am still more than happy to help you and earn your business if you want to proceed legally and stick to the price that you already agreed upon.Best Regards.
