      image Not only did I not enjoy my experience at Bank of America. When I closed out my cards with them, apparently there was an additional $20 charge I didn't approve of after I closed it out that I wasn't aware of and they absolutely wrecked my credit over it rather than trying to talk to me about it. avoid this big faceless bank, they just treat you like a number
