I lived here for 3 years and just recently moved out. I throughly enjoyed my time living at Campus Crossings and it was probably the best experience Ive had out of a few different places Ive lived in BR. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Dont expect to receive stellar or competent service or treatment from management at this apartment complex. In fact I work from home but this has been an issue for me since August of 2022 because Internet has been next to non-existent and they have a policy of not allowing you to get your own Internet. Then after having my car placed in body shop I was provided a rental car which parked at this complex where I pay rent after not being given a temporary parking pass or visitor permit, there not being adequate visitor parking I parked where I could and my rental was towed from my apartment and it appears that there may be an arrangement with the towing company Riverside Towing where the create business for them. Having your vehicle towed and released from tow will cost you $300.00, Im a working adult I cant but imagine how much this would set students back at LSU, Southern University, or BRCC

I stayed here for a semester while I was an exchange student at LSU fall 2022 and I honestly have nothing bad to say besides the odd placement of the exit gate, which is not their fault and only a minor inconvenience. Management was lovely, it really felt like they get to know you and want to help. They knew me and my dog by name when we would come in the office. Very accommodating. The walk to campus is easy and quite beautiful and they supply coffee in the office every morning. The amenities and community area are also very cute and well kept. There is a 24/7 package center. Maintenance was a bit slow in the first couple weeks due to move in day but after that they were very prompt and very kind. They even replaced my dryer immediately when the previous tenant left it broken. Overall it is a great value for Baton Rouge and LSU and I would highly recommend it. Shoutout to Hunter and Asia (spelling?) in the leasing office who really made the space feel like home.

I dont live here, but my significant other was supposed to live here until he saw how completely unacceptable his apartment unit was and I just had to say something . Talk about filthy, nasty, and dilapidated. This complex is so misleading and for lack of better words TRIFLING. The definition of false advertisement. What makes matters worse is how higher management is so difficult to level with your concerns, inconsiderate, unrealistic, and manipulative when it comes to handling their residents. People pay their hard earned money to this business just to be treated as if their wants, needs, and desires dont matter. If youre a college student or anyone looking to rent an apartment, DONT waste your time here. You will be thoroughly disappointed. If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. Do better Campus Crossing.
