Golden 1 Credit Union - Bakersfield

After a few years of using this bank only bad thing about is they treat me like thief acusing me of fraud and they just close my account whitout make sure the money checks are good.after more than a month still have bad customer service seems like no one has been able to help bit ,but the money order has been paid to Golden 1 credit union Bank since January 23 I provide copy of the endorsement Pink slip for that money still have to wait for a 90 day to use my money my account is on hold or frozen what a shame for this people and bank. This is the second time I have to deal with the girl name Dominique on the phone number, located on the back of the golden one card! She has horrible phone skills and is very impatient.

Went inside to make a deposit, was told I would be helped in a minute. The minute turned into over five minutes. No other customers inside being assisted or waiting. The branch manager was talking to the only teller working and ignored the fact that I was patiently waiting. Therefore I decided to walk out and use the ATM since customer service was too busy not assisting customers. The credit union needs major reconstruction.
