Chase Bank

Wasnt able to get ahold of the bank after numerous calls over 4 days, wont let me leave a message either. Just giving up, all I wanted was to see your interest rates at my credit level.

Worse Chase I have every been to. Their customer service is horrible (no wonder branch had no customers) I will never go there again.

Double check if you are getting change. You might be short changed. Went back to talk to someone about this. A girl wearing black greeted me. I asked her what could be done and who I could speak to about this situation. If I could talk to a manager. They gave me the run around. In fact the manager is actually Jason come to figure it wasn't a girl. These employees need more training

Most unhelpful and mean spirited employees I have ever encountered. Unknowledgeable people as well.

This location is seriously a joke. Cant even answer the phone and Ive been trying all day. None of their atms were working and had every person waiting in long lines just to be told the atm ate their cards. Save yourself the headache!!! Dont bother with this useless bank!
