Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix/Avondale

Of all the Hilton branded hotels that I have stayed at I would say this was my least favorite one of all. one major downside of this hotel is that they dont tell you that the breakfast is not included in the room cost after you get your food. The breakfast cost $18. How do I known that I wouldve just gone to the Quiktrip a block over

Sub par for a Hilton Garden Inn. Checked in late, night shift staff not really interested in helping, as a Diamond member, expected a bit more, no water bottles, couldn't get a breakfast coupon because it wasn't on my reservation.

Room not ready. They decline any cancelations is amazing how a big corporation like Hilton will take your money even without provide a service. The lady at the counter was very bad customer service. No manners or knowledge on how to deal with customers.

10/5. Amazing service from the gentleman at the desk with glasses, to Gretchen and the cook(gentleman). We were seriously blown away by the atmosphere, the top service and delicious food. Weve traveled a lot in Wisconsin and Illinois and this was an outstanding stay. Thank you so much to your team! Denise & Luke
