He was also a huge help with my insurance company.and managing the claim. His help coordinating with other trades, especially my renovation kept the timeline as concise as possible and got me back in my house as soon as possible. We cannot say enough great things about George McMillan and the team at Advantaclean! They took such great care with our home, and they worked with us so that we felt completely comfortable of the process along the way. They went above what we expected, and assisted with documentation and calls to our insurance company to help facilitate a claims approval. I am an older single person who discovered serious mold in air conditioning vents. Not knowing where to turn I went to the internet and found Advanta Clean and George. They have been so helpful with my insurance process and most of all ensuring I have people to do necessary work from beginning to end. Good work, good advice and good people. My problem was a leaking refrigerator. I found it on a Sunday and called AdvantaClean they were onsite within an hour. They determined the extent of the water damage and set up a confinement area and begin drying the water logged wall. Technicians came every day to check on the dryers and the moisture levels. I did not have one so they recommend a contractor. After comparing their recommendation with three others I chose the recommended contractor as the best. Insurance was a real challenge but AdvantaClean mentored me. Holding my hand and helping to manage documentation (a real chore!) we ended up with no out of pocket expense (actually a little extra). AdvantaClean is a trade company I would recommend if you need an honest, reliable and hands-on remediation or mitigation company.
