Gables Park Plaza

I moved in today and so far my experience has been phenomenal. I love all of the amenities and my view is crazy good. The staff has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Big shout out to Dakota and Chris, they made this process so easy Also, Haylie, the manager is super sweet and very accessible Cant say enough Im so excited to have my new home at Gables park plaza

This will echo most of the other reviews. The leasing staff are great, location is great, gym is good, but unfortunately this was the worst managed building I've ever lived in. Fire alarms go off an average of three times a month (and that is being generous), elevators are broken once a week, and there is a big theft problem. Multiple car break ins during my one year tenure, and the package room was robbed at least twice that I know of. What's more, management tried to downplay the package break ins by only informing the individuals who's packages were stolen, not the entire building. I hate giving a one star because of the leasing staff, but the management of this building does not deserve anymore tenants.

Why am I writing a one-star review at 4:30am? Maybe because my ears are ringing because the central fire alarm has gone off twice this week and a few times in the week before. Maybe its because the elevator nearest my apartment seems to broken more days than it works. Maybe its because managements refusal to hire security has led to things stolen out of my truck bed and others cars being broken into.

Faire alarms sound 3-4 times a week and the most recent one was at 4:15am which lasted for 30+ minutes. Everyone had to evacuate in the freezing cold. In addition to that, at least one elevator is broken at all times. On the weekends the trash room is overflowing you can't even walk in the door. The entire building smells awful and the gym is not supplied cleaning wipes, so if you do not wish to get sick.. do not factor the gym as a viable amenity. If you think it is a good price, forget it because they increase the rent tremendously upon renewal. I live here now for 1 year and a half and the experience just gets worse and worse. I will not renew my lease.
