Current resident. Since 2021 snow storm and til today, I tried learning to dance along the fire alarms, but has been a failure. Sometimes, it's a good alarm clock to wake you up early midnight. Leaving extra one star for the maintenance team and life here before 2021 snow storm. 2024 lease is my last straw and we'll see how my review changes over time before I move out in 2025. I don't really have big bug scare, but silver fish pops out randomly in living room, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, closet, ..

We face the pool and there''s a guy who chronically smokes and coughs loudly at 1AM and management won't enforce the no smoking and no loud noises past 10:30PM rules. This is a total joke. Also, we can hear all the neighboring apartment flush their toilet, so that'll be fun for when we host Thanksgiving dinner. However, the leasing office has told me that their accounting practices were poor. Recently, the leasing office has lagged on refunding our prorated rent for the month we moved out of our apartment. It's taken two months for them to even let us know that our refund check was approved. They said the delay was because Echo's accounting practices were disorganized. Today they told me the refund was approved, but it will take over a month for accounting to send us our check. Poor accounting policies is disconcerting.
